Global Vision Leaders Summit Day#3

Today our morning devotion was led by Pastor David. He shared out of the book of Mark chapter 4 verses 35-41 where Jesus calms the storm for His disciples. David shared about why we God allows us to go through the storms in life. One reason is so we have an opportunity to go to Him and another reason is so we can see his mighty power displayed in the midst of a storm. During the devotion one thing that challenged me was when David said that we are told to ask the Lord for blessings as read in Matt chapter 7:7 where is says, "Ask and it will be given to you." He challenged us to think of how God has blessings waiting for us already and all we have to do is ask and believe!

Leaders from different world regions shared about the blessing it has been to have trainings held in their regions and the impact it has had on nationals who desire to spread the gospel into all nations. Then we talked about Master trainers and Certified trainers who have been trained and what direction we need to take in 2010 when training new leaders. It is exciting to brainstorm through all that the Lord will do in these next years.

We also got some time to break up into regions and discuss where the Lord might be leading us all for 2010 and where potentially we might hold new training sessions in this year to come. It is great setting a vision together to see the Lord utilize the body of Christ for his glory and full impact.

I look forward to tomorrow where leaders will be sharing about how lives have been changed through all that the Lord has been doing in the world through Dynamic Church Planting International. I cant wait to share it with you also! May you all ask and receive the Lord's blessings that He longs to pour out on those who believe! Amen!
