Hello Family and friends,
So here i am... sitting on my couch starting my very first Missionary blog! I am excited and yet very inexperienced at the whole blog connecting to twitter and Facebook thing! It is Christmas Eve and San Diegoians are enjoying the beautiful sunshine as birds chirp outside (I am so not kidding about the birds...I hear them right now). Besides the sunshine and great weather it will be a bittersweet Christmas for me. It will be "bitter" because it is the first year i will not be spending with my siblings and parents. It will be "sweet" though because i get to see other relatives from out of town and i have amazing friends to share Christmas with.
I wanted to say that I am so thankful for all my friends and family during this Christmas season! I wish you all great happiness in our Lord Jesus Christ as you celebrate! May he fill your hearts with His great love! As i ponder that Jesus was born in a manger and lived on this earth and died, it is a blessing to remember beyond that, that Jesus lives! I am excited for what this next year holds and can't wait to bring you with me on my adventures as a missionary at Dynamic Church Planting International!
